Mushroom Days at the Byzantino Restaurant
The Byzantino Restaurant of the Hilton Athens welcomes the new season with a special mushroom menu. From the 21st to the 30th of October, Executive chef Yiannis Manikis will be inspired by the countless types of mushrooms which grow in Greece or abroad and will suggest delicious dishes for you to taste!

Taste an alternative mousaka with portobello mushrooms, quiche lorraine with wild mushrooms and Gruyere cheese, orzo with Portobello Mushrooms and Morocan Style Mushroom Tagine. Moreover, the Greek Style Braised Calamari is combined with shimeji mushrooms; the chanterelles combined with leek make a delicious soup and the traditional Italian pizza is served in a new version with goat cheese and wild mushrooms. The buffet will also include various Asian flavors, such as shiitake mushrooms sakad and tuna Tataki with enoki mushrooms. Finally, do not miss the traditional Wellington beef and the all-time-classic mushrooms a la crème.
