Galaxy Restaurant & Bar supports Alma Zois

Galaxy Restaurant & Bar has added to the menu a new dish that really makes a difference, not only from a taste point of view: Red snapper fillet and scallop “a la plancha”, homemade pancetta, velvety celery root puree and rosemary jus. Galaxy offers €2 of the price of the dish to the Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer. Executive Chef has created a fine, healthy dish to pass the message of passion for life, femininity, joy, energy, body care and prevention.

The Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer was founded in 1988 by breast cancer survivors, who aspired to offer the necessary emotional support to recently diagnosed women. Each member of the Association has dealt with the disease and the Board of Directors consists of seven breast cancer survivors. The Association’s vision is to provide to every woman in Greece the necessary information on breast cancer prevention and early detection, as well as to offer psychosocial support and information about the labour rights and social benefits of women who suffer from the disease.
