Emphasizing on exceptional cooking techniques and premium quality products, Kostas Athanassiou creates dishes rich in aromas, original in flavor combinations and impressive in appearance. The Tuna pastrami encrusted with spices, marinated watermelon, roasted feta cheese, pine nut “tachini” and lime sorbet is one of the most indicative dishes of his creative culinary philosophy, which gives to traditional Greek tastes an international flair.
Traditional Greek products hold a prominent position in the Galaxy menu: Baby spinach salad with pecorino from Amfilochia, walnuts and prosciutto from Euritania, Mastelo cheese from Chios on hot stone with pita bread and spicy red pepper dip, Black Angus beef burger with San Michalis cheese from Syros etc. You can also enjoy juicy meet cuts grilled to perfection by the experienced kitchen team. Furthermore, this year Galaxy offers more fish and seafood options giving to the menu a healthier and lighter flair: Grilled octopus with green fava, caramelized onions and paprika oil, Roasted scallops with organic quinoa salad and herbs, Grouper fillet with beetroot aioli and citrus vinaigrette, Black cod fillet with wild rice, chili and coriander etc. For the sushi fans, Galaxy has been established all these years as one of their favorite destinations with Crispy Salmon rolls and Dragon rolls among the bestsellers.
The highlights of the dessert menu include the Yoghurt blanc manger in peach soup and the White chocolate semifreddo.
